Artist Information & Submission Guidelines
Open to all ages. Artists 12 years or younger must have parental permission.
Artwork must be dropped off at the Vanderhoof Public Library before October 25th, 2025.

Each artist may submit up to 3 pieces.
No artist name on the front of the artwork—anonymity is essential.
The back of each piece must include:
Title of the artwork
Artist’s name
All pieces must be ready to hang.
Artists will earn 50% of the sale price. The remaining 50% supports the Nechako Community Arts Council (NCAC) and upcoming Community Arts Space.
Payment for sold pieces will be issued by cheque in December 2025.
Unsold artwork must be picked up by November 30th, 2025. After this date, unclaimed pieces will be considered donated to NCAC.
